Care Home Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

Herein, the relevant parties shall be named according to the following protocol;

•    Felgains: we/us/the company

•    Person making the referral: you/the referrer

•    Person being referred: the referree/referred customer

The Terms and Conditions are such;

1.    The Felgains Care Home Referral Programme is open to existing Felgains care home customers only.

2.    To make a valid referral, you must complete the webform here

3.    By filling in this form, you confirm that you have made the referree aware that you will be referring them and have gained their permission to enter their contact details and permission for us to contact them using any of the details you have submitted. You consent to us using your name and contact details to verify you as the referrer of the referree and in any communications we may have with the referree and to use these details for the purposes of the Care Home Referral Programme.

4.    Referrals will only be eligible if the referred care home/group is not already a customer of Felgains or if we are not already in contact with that care home group through any other channels

5.    There is only one reward for each successful referral. Felgains will notify the referrer if the referred care home/group has previously been referred

6.    If a referred company is sent by multiple referrers, whichever referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the referrer.

7.    Where the referrer has referred another Care Home under the same ownership or part of the same group, this will be eligible provided that that referree has separate needs and buying permission. This is entirely at the discretion of Felgains.

8.    To constitute a successful referral, the referred care home/group must place an order for at least £1000 ex. VAT. The referrer will be eligible for the gift once payment has been received for the aforementioned order.

9.    If the referred care home/group places an order for at least £1000 excluding VAT, the referrer will receive a free Dolce Gusto Jovia by De'Longhi Coffee Machine, along with 2 boxes of coffee pods. The exact make, model and colour of the Coffee Machine and the type, flavour and quantity of the coffee pods may vary. We cannot accept any special requests in this regard.

10.    We reserve the right to change or remove part or all of this reward at any time without prior warning.

11.    The referrer will receive the above gift for each successful referral. There is no limit to the number of care homes/groups the referrer can refer in our Care Home Group Referral Programme.

12.    This referral programme has no set timeline. However, we may alter or remove the programme at any time without prior warning. In this situation we will honour all existing referrals.

13.    The referrer may be named in communication between Felgains and the referree across multiple channels.

14.    The Coffee Machine will only be issued for valid referrals, once the new care home/group has placed and paid for their first order over £1000 ex. VAT.

15.    The Coffee Machine will be delivered to the referrer within 60 days of the relevant order being paid for, provided that the referrer has given us the relevant delivery information in a timely manner.

16.    Felgains will accept no responsibility for issues or faults with the coffee machine or pods after delivery. Click here for the manufacturer's warranty policy.

17.    The referrer cannot choose an alternative reward to the one stated above. There is no cash alternative and Felgains reserve the right to withdraw or alter the Care Home Referral Programme, and to change or remove the reward subject to availability.

18.    The Felgains referral scheme is available to residents in England, Scotland and Wales only.

19.    In the event of any disputes regarding any referred care home/group, the decision of Felgains is final.

20.    In the event of a referrer not receiving their coffee machine, a claim must be raised for consideration to customerservices@felgains.com

22.    Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become customers within this date will not be eligible for a referral reward.
